The Masayoshi Hoodie was released as a Rust skin on Steam with the intention of being a Twitch Drop for the streamer Masayoshi, but was removed before being publicly available due to "poor quality reasons" (confirmed by the developer Alistair).
At this time, we're not aware of any players owning the Masayoshi Hoodie skin on Steam other than the Rust developers.
